  Dr. Klotz is a good doctor but his office runs terrible. First the automated message gave me the inncorecct time for the appointment. The secretary said
  "Oh yeah it's been doing that." She never said anything thing when I checked in and said I had an appointment at 9:00am. Then after a half hour I went to the receptionist and that's when she said that my appointment was at 9:30am instead of 9:00am. And then she added that there are two people before me. This is so stupid that the office is this far behind.
