  Kayla is extremely unprofessional and rude. My family was in a terrible wreck in a vehicle that was rented from her office which was in poor repair to begin with (rusted rotors and bad alignment may have contributed to the accident). She called to get our insurance information and was straight up nasty and unprofessional. Wouldn't let me speak then yelled at me when I insisted she stop cutting me off and let me speak.
  Her attitude was: Hurry up and get me my money, f*** your family's injuries.
  Absolutely disgusted!
